DaliYe Charitable Foundation · Campaign №01 / 2026 · 115th Mechanized Brigade

Today's war isn't
only about weapons.
It's about communication.

We are raising funds for the signal platoon of the 115th Separate Mechanized Brigade — the people on whom coordination, safety, and effectiveness on the front line depend. Their job is to keep the connection alive in the places where it is hardest to hold.

Mission

Equip the platoon with critically needed gear.

Every item below maps to a concrete task that simply cannot be done at the front without it.

01

Stable radio communication

Antennas, masts, and power for uninterrupted signal transmission — across distance, terrain, and conditions.

02

Autonomy in the field

Operations off the grid — where there is no electricity, but there is a duty to keep the line open.

03

Rapid deployment

Tools to set up and rebuild positions on demand — when every minute matters.

Six categories. Each one essential.

/ 01
Helmets
Protection for soldiers operating in high-risk zones. The fundamental piece of personal safety equipment — without it, every task begins as a risk to life.
/ 02
EcoFlow Power Stations / 6 kW each
Reliable portable power for communications equipment when there is no access to the grid. Autonomy is the key to uninterrupted operation.
/ 03
Antenna Mast, 12 m
Raises the signal higher — and therefore extends the range of stable transmission. Height converts directly into reliable communication distance.
/ 04
VHF Antennas
Whip-style, omnidirectional — a key element for high-quality signal transmission in field conditions. The foundation of any unit's radio network.
/ 05
Power Drill
A tool for fast assembly, repair, and outfitting of positions. What makes it possible to deploy a working post in minutes rather than hours.
/ 06
Welding Machine
Required for fabricating and installing frames for vehicle-mounted EW (electronic warfare) systems. Lets the team adapt equipment to real combat tasks.
Note The total fundraising amount may shift due to seasonal increases or decreases in the cost of goods and services.

Communication is the eyes and ears of a unit. Without it, there is no coordination, no quick decisions, no safety.

How You Can Help

Three actions. Each one counts.

01

Make a donation

The most direct path. Every contribution — of any size — brings the fundraiser closer to the goal.

02

Share the campaign

Post about it on social media, in chats, among colleagues. Reach is also a form of help.

03

Tell people you know

A personal recommendation works harder than any post. One phone call is also action.

Pricing

The total fundraising amount may change due to seasonal increases or decreases in the cost of goods and services. We aim to procure the listed equipment at the best available prices at the time of purchase.

Surplus & Reallocation

If the amount raised exceeds the amount required, or if the project cannot be implemented in full, the funds will be directed to other needs in support of Ukrainian soldiers — including the procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and other supplies.

Donor Agreement

By making a donation, donors agree that their contribution is non-refundable. If the project cannot be implemented in part or in full as described — for any reason — or if surplus funds remain, the foundation reserves the right to use these funds for analogous or other priority projects supporting the defenders of Ukraine.
